Jim is very communicative, they show up on time and prepared for the work, and do (from what I can tell) a great job. Jim and Heli are both really nice, happy to explain things that are beyond my almost non-existent plumbing knowledge, and very courteous. So far, Jim has replaced my hot water heater, checked out all the taps and toilets after my inspector recommended it, and came out with no more than 24 hours' notice when my sewer line backed up during the first weekend after we moved in, with no problems since then. He also gave me some great info about pricing for future projects I'm considering which helps me plan my home renovation list, and his prices seem very fair to me. Jim and Plumbums are the only plumbers I want to work with and I am more than happy to recommend them!"See more

David Wrinn says, "I was referred to Pack-Timko by a relative that had a great experience with them putting in a Mini-Split system. I was contacted by Jerry who handled all the front-end engineering work and did a very comprehensive review of my home and needs. Jerry was extremely responsive with any questions or requests and put together a really good plan for us. Once that engineering work was completed, we had the work started within a few weeks for a 6 head Mitsubishi Mini-Split system. Moses and Tyrese were here for the whole week and really did a great job. Very neat work, always using tarps throughout the house and took great pride in the installation. Multiple other workers were here during the week with Mina finishing up the control work at the end. Overall, we are very happy with our decision and would wholeheartedly suggest the Pack-Timko team to any friends or family.Dave W"See more
