More-or-less accurate TABs can be found on Songsterr.com and UltimateGuitar.com We don't know what we don't know and if the road to greatness can be found on go-to guitar sites, you would already have realized your goals. There is no substitute for working with an experienced, passionate instructor who is committed to helping you reach your own musical goals. I offer private instruction at my student's homes, offices and online. Zoom/Skype/FaceTime lessons are effective for most students, and less ideal for others. Chris is a master at taking my guitar playing goals and synthesizing them into palatable lessons. Under his tutelage for the past two years, Chris's methodical approach has led me to see a vast improvement in my skills as a guitarist. Such an interesting personable guy that my kids routinely interrupt our lessons to spend time with him, Chris is also unfailingly prompt, patient, and down to Earth. No one in this life should be at once so talented and genuine, yet somehow Chris nails both sides of the coin. I truly look forward to my weekly session with Chris and can’t recommend him more highly.

I'm very happy I found Chris to teach me guitar after feeling stuck in a rut for a few years. Chris is a great guitarist and understands my goals to get better. He layers in enough theory to provide some navigation as we go but he also makes sure I'm focused on the fun aspect to playing guitar and learning the things I set out to accomplish. I would highly recommend Chris to teach guitar at any level (in person or via zoom). I look forward to our lesson every week and feel I get better with each week that passes!

Chris is the guitar teacher I always wanted. Over the past month, he's taken my guitar goals and translated them into materials that have become progressively more challenging. He's fantastic at listening, providing feedback and crafting practice materials around music that I enjoy listening to and playing. After lessons, he shares materials that makes at home practice time organized and fun. Can't say enough great things - expect I wish I started with Chris sooner.

Chris is an amazing teacher. My 9 year old always looks forward to lessons. He uses many approaches to help kids learn and underhand and appreciate music. Classes are always an exciting mix of activities including of course playing music, listening to music, analyzing different elements of music, sharing about reactions and how the music feels, learning how to read music and all sorts of fun jokes are always included. Chris knows how to individualize and makes kids feel proud.
