- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally a flat fee however I am not restricted by this fee and can adapt to special circumstances. Let's chat about your particular needs?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a meeting or conversation about the new couple to find out about them and their lives. Next talk about their wants and needs and work thru a lay out for their special event. Answer all questions. Make sure everyone is HAPPY!!!
