Punctual, and communicates well. Only downside to the experience - I had asked for 2 movers, and only got 1. Isiah was right on it to let me know that his helper who had agreed to help earlier in the week, ghosted the morning of (those are my words, not his). My dad is older, so we were kind of counting on having two movers to help. Don’t get me wrong, having 1 mover was still very helpful to me and my family getting me moved into my new house, but it probably would’ve gone faster, and a bit smoother if there had been 2 of them. That’s the only reason for the 4 star review.
