Hello! My name is Chuan Deible -Quarterson, and I am a business owner based in Manchester, Connecticut. I work for a prominent kids' entertainment princess company in Connecticut and the surrounding New England states as the resident Bayou Princess ( based on the fictional inspired character of the The Princess and the Frog). I am one of the few working POC princesses in Connecticut and New England, and have been doing this now for roughly 5- 6 years. In the entire time I’ve been working in this capacity, I have never seen an all-Black Princess company in the region. This company's staff includes people representing all children of color, genders, and other representations of themselves. There is a market for us.

On very short notice, i was able to get an entertainer for our double birthday party. The owner, Chuan, came herself as her entire staff was booked. She was engaging, delightful, and the highlight of our party. 
We are a muslim household and I requested a modest modification to the costumed character chosen. Chuan went above and beyond my expectations to make us feel comfortable and truly acknowledged and respected our beliefs . I hope her company grows and continues to spread diverse representation that is lacking in the industry.

Spider-Man went above & beyond to make my sons Birthday the best for him. He couldn’t have been nicer/friendlier/funnier and made all the kids feel like Spider-Man was their best friend. He took as many pics as we asked, sung happy birthday, gave an awesome present and let me son show him all of his Spider-Man toys (and there was a lot)…
