I hired Chef Joshua last minute to surprise my boyfriend for his 50th birthday breakfast, and he absolutely delivered! Not only did he make it happen on short notice, but the entire breakfast was phenomenal. He customized the menu to include all of my boyfriend’s favorites and even added a signature cocktail to top it off. Chef Joshua’s warm and engaging personality made the whole experience feel personal, fun, and intimate—exactly what I was hoping for. The food was incredible, and my boyfriend loved it so much that he’s already rehired Chef Joshua to cater an upcoming client event. Thank you, Chef Joshua, for making such a special occasion unforgettable!

For our 25th anniversary, Chef Josh came to our home to serve an 8 course French meal. The big “trick” is that we are ovo lacto vegetarians so we eat no fish or meat, only dairy and eggs. Because of that it isn’t really possible for us to have an 8 course French meal at a restaurant. Chef certainly delivered delicious vegetarian French cuisine! The amuse bouche with sun-dried tomato jam was outstanding. The mushroom risotto was so good, I can’t even describe it. The chocolate soufflé for dessert was sheer excellence. Main course of tofu and crispy rice was presented beautifully (pictured) as were all the dishes as you would expect for a full French service. Definitely would do this, or something like it again. Thanks Chef Josh!

We had a wonderful experience with Chefs Louis and Jay this past weekend. We were a group of 16 having a special family dinner the night before a wedding celebration. The food was excellent and they were very friendly and accomodating to have in our kitchen while we had a household. What a relief to have everything taken care of so well and even the glasses washed up at the end! Thank you Chef Josh for you and your team!

I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Chef Josh and Chef Steve as personal chefs, and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. Every dish was homemade from scratch and bursting with flavor — you could truly taste the care and attention in every bite. From appetizers to dessert, everything was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors well-balanced, and the overall meal felt like a five-star restaurant brought into the comfort of home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price per person is the real cost of the entire event. I make it easy to budget and there are no added fees or surprises when it comes to working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when dealing with a new customer is to learn everything I can about dietary restrictions, health concerns and allergies that way me and and the customer are on the right page. I've been a Manager of restaurants for 8 years I know how to give great customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Culinary and Wine Institute at Carolina learning how to cook , serve, and teach cooking skills. I'm Serv-Safe trained and have 13 years of cooking experience in the real world.
