Jake has done a very nice job to replace a big sink for me. It was not very easy to remove the old sink in a traditional way but he was able to find a solution quickly and finish the job less than half an hour including cleaning up the debris at the end. Jake is responsive and punctuate and provides a reasonable price for good quality.

The other reviewers are right. Jake goes above and beyond along with being very reasonable in pricing. In my case the work turned out to be harder than I would have imagined, but he worked through it systematically and called out updates that he had to do as it went along. I am sure anyone would be satisfied with his work.
