Totally unprofessional. If you care about being treated in a professional manner, do not go with 20 Bradley. They came to my house, looked at the project, and we agreed on a price and a date for work to start. I texted, left a voicemail, and messaged them through Thumbtack the day before, but did not hear back from them. Then they did not show up to do the work or respond to my communications.
