Showed up on time which is always a huge plus. Good value for replacing windows but the attention to detail was not great with the trim work. The caulk/silicone job was really poor. The 6 casement windows and 1 large double hung window that he replaced are in an unfinished basement so not the end of the world with them not being esthetically pleasing but overall a pretty sloppy job.
