Cleaned out my dryer vent super quick, and cleaned up the area with a leaf blower once finished. Did analysis on my bathroom vents to see if they needed to be cleaned out as well (they didn't). They were professional and wore booties in my house when I asked. I am satisfied.

While I appreciate the fact that this is the only company that actually looked inside the ducts and the air handler, the cost of mold remediation was more than $400 more than duct cleaning quote. I truly appreciate the thoroughness and I hate mold, but $800 just seems a little excessive. I asked three time what chemicals were used to kill the mold and never got a clear answer. I had to cover and clean everything afterwards.
