Misdiagnosed part that was needed he stated couldn’t find the part that was needed. Originally I went out of my own way to find the part and got the part, guess what that isn’t the part that was needed to fix the issue. Seems this guy did this a few times based on other reviews. It’s like he just wants the 100 dollor diagnostic fee..

I’d give him 0 stars if I could. STAY AWAY! Like many pointed out here: he’ll take your money but don’t fix your issue. He told me the part for my condenser cost $400 when in reality it normally cost about $30. He promised to send over receipt but never did. I had to hire another professional to get my condenser working.
