Excellent and professional! Installed 6 exterior door locks for us six months ago. When refinishing a door lost a screw. Within 24 hours was at my house at 7:30 pm with a replacement. Prompt response to any question or request.

Daniel was very professional and gave excellent advice and options. He was prompt and very well priced. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and he was quick and very efficient. I decided to get a keypad lock for the front door. He went out of his way to get the right color for me. I highly recommend his services. You won't be disappointed!

These guys are great. Would highly recommend. We got home after a trip, and our daughter locked a bedroom door (we lost the key) We found this out at 8:45PM. I called Sure Lock & Key, a gentleman was in Westport in 20 mins, and had the door unlocked in less than a minute. Again, great experience with Sure Lock & Key.
