It was an absolute pleasure working with Jacob (Fresh Air Mechanical) on the installation of our new dual-fuel heat pump system. From start to finish, his professionalism and communication stood out. Jacob was highly responsive, kept us well-informed, and arrived exactly when he said he would—something that set him apart from many other contractors. He was friendly, approachable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The quality of his workmanship and level of expertise were outstanding, as you can see in the included photos. Jacob’s deep knowledge of HVAC systems gave us complete confidence that the installation was done right—something far more important than just the brand of equipment. Would couldn’t be more happy with the work that Jake did for us. He first did some work on a split system that needed a new line, and more recently installed a new split system for us. Jake is very professional and responsive and the quality of his work is exceptional. We could not recommend Jake and Fresh Air Mechanical more!

My dad’s delighted with the Mini Split recommended and installed by freshAIR MECHANICAL. I live in Texas, my dad lives in Uncasville, CT. My dad had been managing without AC but I asked him to find a repair service. He had but thought the quoted service price was unacceptable. I found freshAIR MECHANICAL on Thumbtack, and reached out to them. Within a week they contacted my dad, visited his home, inspected his current HVAC, and even showed him that the heater was still functional. freshAIR MECHANICAL provided us a couple workable solutions within days of the inspection. We opted for two Fujitsu 9,000 BTU mini split heads with corresponding 18,000 BTU condenser to serve the main living/kitchen area and master bedroom to include all necessary components. freshAIR MECHANICAL had an electrician inspect the old wiring and install appropriate new wiring up to code. My dad thought the team was respectful, professional and kind. We will recommend you consider their services.
