Long story short: He is a scammer. Stay away. We paid him $2500 upfront, and he immediately started ghosting us. He was so responsive and open to communication until we agreed to pay, but he has not answered or communicated for months. He didn't do any work at all. Despite knowing we were in a rush to complete our project later that year, he wasted our time. We couldn't engage with any other architect because we were hoping he was working on the project. Please don't engage. He also doesn't return our money. Don't hire.
