I cant recommend Birchwater Property Management enough! After being laid-off in March, I decided to start my own business. Teresa and Aleah went above and beyond to help me find the perfect space for my new business. I came to them with a tight budget and a long wish list, and they not only found me a spot that checked every box they made it beautiful. Their team made the (somewhat terrifying) process of launching a start up light years more bearable.They personally oversaw refinishing the space, and the transformation was stunning. I rented from Birchwater for a year. I lost my mom and grief slipped me into a depression. I ended up in a hole and had to pick myself up and climb out.
