Danny and his team were great to work with- responsive from the quote through the project completion. They were careful, neat, precise, and respectful-all important qualities when doing a home improvement project. The work was well-done, exactly what we wanted, and completed in a timely way. We'd highly recommend them!

I was quite impressed with the professionalism of these contractors. In the past I have had contractors turn down work ,or completely ghost us, due to the older state of our home. It was getting quite frustrating. But they showed up when they said they would and did the job with no issue. And their work looks so beautiful I can't wait to have them do other things around my house. After being taken advantage of in the past, it was very nice to have people that I can rely on. I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for work. They are punctual, reliable, and honest. Three qualities I believe are necessary in any profession.

My wife and I were really impressed with DCT Creation and Property. The contractor, Danny, was professional, knowledgeable, and available. He was quick to respond to any of my questions. He drew from his expertise and wealth of experience to help my wife and I find the best way to use the space in my basement to create an in-law suite. Danny travelled all the way across Connecticut not just once, but twice, to provide alternate plans for the basement with thorough estimates. His price was very fair, also. In the end, we decided not to move forward with the project due to unforeseen circumstances, but we truly appreciated his effort and professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others!
