I hired Troy Bakker to handle an HVAC job for a property I own in MD. He met with the tenant to assess the situation. We thought the thermostat went bad, but it was actually another part that required repair. He accurately diagnosed the situation, fixed it the same day, and charged me a fair price for the work. I'd definitely use him again.
