I hired this service for Home Organizing after I moved--and they told me there would be two pros at $120 an hour. They did not speak English. The woman on the phone claimed one of them did, but she did not. I understand for some services such as cleaning, this isn't necessary. However, home organization involves both me telling in detail where I want things to go, and for them to also give me advice about storage etc. So then, we had to spend 5 minutes on Google Translate to tell them where to put each item, it would be too cumbersom.e I ended up having to spend as much time as they were here to move things they put in the wrong place. The workers themselves were nice and hard working. However, it's completely unreasonable to advertise a service as "organizing" and charge those rates if you cannot communicate.
