So glad I chose Tri-state cleaners to take care of my carpet. My lease was up in my townhome and I wanted to make sure everything was well clean before we gave back the keys. This company took care of my needs right away! The staff were friendly, professional, and on time! They did excellent work. It was so great that the carpets looked even better than when we first moved in! That speaks volumes! Amazing job to these guys and I will be referring to all my friends in need of carpet cleaning!

Tristate carpet cleaning completed a water removal job for me after my sump pump failed. After removing about 2inches of water from my basement they left the carpets without a stain and smelling fresh! No mold appeared later either. Highly recommended!! Reasonably priced!

Tristate Carpet Cleaning were very responsive when I reached out to them & very professional. They setup a time that worked for me & when it came time for the service, they were punctual, very respectful of my home, & most importantly did a stand up job with cleaning my stairs which is the only carpet o have in my home. They made it look like new & couldn’t be happier with the services rendered. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I recently hired Tristate Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I reached out, their responsiveness and clear communication made scheduling a breeze. They were quick to answer my questions and very accommodating with timing.
The guys showed up right on time, fully equipped and ready to work. They were professional, courteous, and took great care to explain the process before getting started. I especially appreciated how thorough they were—my steps were treated with the highest attention to detail, and they didn’t rush through at all. Tristate tackled it all with care and expertise. By the time they were done, my steps looked (and smelled!) brand new.
What really impressed me was the team’s professionalism and follow-through. They made sure I was satisfied with the results before leaving and even gave a few helpful tips for maintaining the cleanliness between services.
