The whole experience from start to finish was the highest of quality. I reached out to multiple vendors to get quotes. Renado responded same day and was at my house (1 hour away from him) that evening to take measurements and provide a quote (which was the best value out of the 5 quotes I got). I told him what I wanted (refinishing old floors in an old home) and he came out to do sample finishes on the floors, providing 10 different options. Then his team did a great job on the work, which totally transformed the appearance of the entire house. They even helped to repair some floorboards and subfloor that were damaged (involving going under the crawlspace) which was not in the original scope because they care about the quality and integrity of their work. Following the work being completed, they didn't want to take payment until I was able to come out to see the floors myself. Seriously a unique and rare experience and could not recommend more, looking forward to finding more projects to work on with Renado and his team.
