They came and completed the two jobs (one to install up to code outlets and the other to hookup pool electric) we had in a timely fashion and did a great job! The areas were cleaned up after they finished. Kim in the office was very helpful too!

I would use Shock Doc again for any electrical issues at my home. My oven stopped working on Christmas Eve. I had a home warranty plan and no one could come out until that following Tuesday. When the repairman arrived. He stated it was not my oven, but the wall outlet was bad. Had to put in another claim. Electrician was to arrive on Friday. They never showed. I saw a commercial about Thumbtack, I immediately downloaded the app and found Michael Hicks. OMG, what a life saver. Once I submitted what I needed done, Mike sent me a text within a few minutes. When I texted him back and said I was without an oven for a week. He said he would have someone there the next day which was Saturday. Jake was my repairman. He is an awesome guy. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and really, really nice guy. THANK YOU!!!!

Mr. Hicks responded to my request to install my ceiling fan within minutes. He is very friendly, professional and informed me him and his staff were quite booked. However, Michael was so kind and accommodating. He sent Craig to my home the following week! Craig arrived on time, he was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did excellent work replacing the old ceiling fan with the new gorgeous ceiling fan I purchased at Lowes. It looks gorgeous! Most importantly, it works impeccably! Thanks, Craig! I will be using Shock Docs for all of my electrical work going forward 😁
