Mr. Bugg was a pleasure to work with. We had 6 exterior lights to be removed and replaced with new light fixtures on short notice. He responded on a Friday afternoon and came the next day ready to get the job done. He and his apprentice were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to go the extra mile. One of the new light fixtures was broken so Mr. Bugg was not able to complete the job that day. However, he offered to come back the next day to install the light if I could get a replacement. True to his word, Mr. Bugg and his apprentice came back the next day, which was Father’s Day, to complete the job. We could not be happier with the results or the integrity of Mr. Bugg and his company. Great job. Looking forward to working with this company again soon!

Mr. Bugg was professional, punctual and meticulous. He installed a ceiling fan outside and took extra time to reinforce where the builder had been lax. I appreciate his diligence and dedication to getting it right. Highly recommended!! Plan to use him again!!
