First of all, I liked all of the choices (Professionalism, Work Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Value), but Thumbtack is only letting me choose three! Mark is awesome! I asked him if he could put in a toilet in the next week and he offered to do it the next day. After getting his quote and agreeing, he showed up and got right to work. After showing me his work, I asked about a few other small jobs we needed done. He was back the next day to complete all the work. I will not hesitate to call Mark the next time I need a plumbing issue addressed.

I wanted to get someone to replace the leaky and flowing water shutoff valves in my hallway bathroom. It was urgent as I had to keep the main water supply off until this was fixed. I always thought plumbers gouge their clients especially when you says its urgent. But Mark from All hands plumbing was quite happy the opposite. He understood the situation and helped me find the most cost effective way to resolve my issue. In fact, I asked him to fix the vanity as well for a nominal additional cost. I would certainly contact him for my future plumbing needs. I want to give him a five star on other aspects such as responsiveness, punctuality as well. I realized, sometimes it’s best to leave it in hands of professionals than diy. Mark is one such great professional!!!
