- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, surface condition, prep requirements, and paint quality. We provide transparent, itemized quotes...No hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, multi-room projects. We also offer bundle pricing for interior + exterior packages and murals. A 50% deposit is typically required to reserve your start date, with the remainder due upon completion and approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a consultation—either in person or virtually.It's important that I understand your vision, surface conditions, and timeline. I provide a detailed quote that outlines scope, materials, and expected completion time. Once approved, I handle surface prep, protection of surrounding areas, and professional application using OSHA and ANSI-compliant procedures. Each job ends with a walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m OSHA-30, OSHA-500, and OSHA-510 certified, with advanced safety and health training. I’m also certified as a Lead Abatement Competent Person and AMPP C5/C3 lead-safe worker. I completed the IUPAT apprenticeship and currently teach painting and safety through Job Corps, which keeps me current on both industry standards and training best practices.
