Hello! My name is Sean Panella. I am a local firefighter/paramedic who owns and operates this pressure washing business on the side. Most of the work I do is residential roofs, however, I am equipped to clean all exterior hardscapes and windows. Sean was a real gentleman, he responded promptly, submitted an estimate based on his examination of our building via satellite, and was willing to be flexible with our schedule. His work was professional, respectful of our property, even finding and documenting several broken barrel tiles on the laundry room roof. He did an excellent job cleaning the barrel tile roof, and washed the entire area down afterward, even the plants surrounding the area. He identified that our gutters, needed cleaning to prevent damage and slow drainage of water runoff. We highly recommend 1st Response Exteriors, and will be using him for all our future roof cleaning needs. Thank you Sean, it was a pleasure working with you!
