We start by understanding the customer’s needs and explaining the best options available. After reviewing the situation, we provide an on-site estimate. Once the customer approves, we complete the job quickly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of locksmith experience. I worked in New York for 10 years handling all types of locks, and after moving to Florida, I began working with smart locks and modern security systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Locksmithing was something I enjoyed from the beginning. I liked working with locks and tools, so I chose locksmithing as my specialty and dedicated myself to becoming a professional in this field.
