My engineered hardwood floor was damaged by my office chair, and by a senior dog who urinated near the plastic chair mat. I didn't realize there was pet urine under the mat, until I removed the mat from under the desk to clean floors, and saw the damage to the finish. Prior to starting the job, he advised me that the dark area stained by the pet urine would not lighten up much since I had engineered hardwood floors (very thin 3/8") he could not sand it down as far as he could with 3/4" hardwood floors. I told him I understood, and that when all is done, I will put a different chair mat over the darker spot anyway. I am very pleased with the refinish results, and workmanship by Ngo's Flooring. I recommend him for your hardwood floor install or refinish.

The work involved replacing hardwood floors in portions of two rooms, matching it to existing 65-year-old floors in those rooms plus a third room and refinishing it all. It was done quickly and done well. We're very very happy with the results.
