FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free, no-obligation estimates so you can understand your options before committing. Our pricing is all-inclusive: we factor in materials, labor, permits, disposal, and cleanup. There are no hidden fees. Occasionally, we offer seasonal promotions or discounts (for example, off-peak season rates, veterans, referrals). If your job is covered by insurance (e.g. storm damage), we will assist with documentation and work with your insurer to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs. For complex or large commercial jobs, we may require a deposit or phased payments tied to project milestones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Inspection You reach out via Thumbtack, phone, or our website. We set up a time to visit your property and perform a thorough inspection of your roof and structure. Detailed Estimate & Proposal Based on the inspection, we prepare a written proposal with scope, materials, timeline, and price. We review it with you in person (or virtually) so you understand what’s included. Agreement & Scheduling Once you accept, we sign a contract or work order and schedule the job. We handle permits, material ordering, and site preparation. Roofing Work Execution We carry out the work with a licensed, insured crew. You’ll receive updates as the job progresses. We follow safety protocols, quality checks, and keep your property safe. Inspection & Walk-Through After completion, we perform a 360° quality inspection (both from ground and rooftop) and walk the job with you. We address any remaining questions or touch-ups. Cleanup & Follow-Up We leave the site clean (removing debris, nails, etc.). Then we follow up after a few days/weeks to ensure everything is performing correctly. Warranty & Aftercare We provide warranties on workmanship and materials as applicable. If you ever notice issues later, we stand behind our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured roofing contractor, which requires meeting state/local licensing standards and insurance coverage. Our team is trained in industry best practices (e.g. proper flashing, ventilation, structural reinforcement, leak prevention). We stay updated on roofing codes, manufacturer installation standards, and safety training (OSHA / fall protection). We’ve worked with premium roofing product manufacturers, which often require certification or approved installer status.
