Austin was very quick to respond. He was punctual. Very professional. I told him about my super hyper protective dog and I asked him not to knock or ring the bell, instead he said he would send me texts to let me know where he was in the process. He and his equipment were very quiet. I thought there would be water spraying everywhere but there wasn’t. No water on my husband’s vehicle. Impressive. I will definitely be scheduling another cleaning on my solar panels.
