I was hit pretty hard by Milton, having already spent tens of thousands of dollars in 9 months in repairs, the roof leaking again was incredibly upsetting. Zephin came quickly, he was able to identify the issue and fixed it. He didn’t try to convince me I needed more than I did, he didn’t try to upsell me or overcharge me. He even put in a temporary fix while determining a more permanent fix because it’s rainy season here. His price for the repair was more than reasonable. I really appreciated how considerate he was. You just don’t find people like that anymore. Thank you.
