My wife and I reached out to AIM to take a look at our AC units at our beach condo and the overall experience from the office girls to the tech that came out was extremely professional and prompt. Mike, our service tech, took the time to explain and show us what our issues were and the course of action of how to repair our issues. After the visit, Mike even called within 30 minutes with an update on our situation with a quote and resolution. We were extremely happy and wouldn’t use anyone other than AIM! Highly recommend!!
