Vlad responded quickly and was able to come out the day and time I requested. He did a few tasks - hung a curtain rod, cleaned the dryer vent, installed kitchen cabinet hardware, and drained the water heater. Most tasked were completed perfectly except for draining our 1 year old water heater. After his service the top heating component broke and had to be replaced 2 days later after realizing we didn’t have hot water. We had to hire a plumber to replace this component costing an additional $350 out of pocket. We explained this to Vlad and were told repeatedly he serviced it correctly and the water heater failed coincidentally after his service and he was not responsible for this issue. I would not hire for plumbing services again. For Handyman services he was good.
