My family is very grateful for this company. We have had multiple issues with our new pool pump and equipment. After being referred to their warranty team, they took care of the issue and fixed it within a couple days. Now our pool pump runs perfectly and our salt chlorinator is keeping the algae away. Thank you for saving us from all the stress and headache! 100% recommend from our experience.

Unfortunately did not go well and I lost money.
This pro gave me the thumbs up on ordering my own pool pump. I then sent the specific one I was interested in along with pictures & info of my current pool pump setup. The pro said the pump would work so I ordered & sent the arrival info for scheduling purposes.
The day of the install, I was not updated on how things went with the install and later noticed my pool pump box had been opened but not used. After reaching back out to them with concern, they said oh yes we need to re quote this job because it was the wrong type of pump.
I could not return the pump to the retailer and am now stuck with a $277 pool pump I can’t use or return. The company did not take responsibility for this mistake and suggested I sell the pump on eBay. I don’t feel this is right, fair or professional.
