Unsolicited Review I’ve been dealing with issues on my HP MFP printer—too much noise and poor service support. He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him—because the reviews spoke highly of his service. Anthony came to my house and tried to fix my printer but he discovered that it was too costly to fix. He gave me a recommendation for a new one at my request. He did not charge me one cent for the service call, he said that is his policy. He is a real gem!
