- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If they book 3 or more hours we offer 10% discount we always arrive min 20 minutes prior to start to set up..time is extra and does not interfere with your paid service time. In any event we will let event host when there is 15 minutes left if they want to add extra time. At corporate events we will stop wait line and inform guests 10 minutes prior to our end time, (this way guests waiting in line know who last guest we provide service is. Of course, unless host wants to add more time to complete all remaining guests waiting in line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
set up date and time of service being provided for day of event via email, text and contract, as well as collect minimum deposit or full payment. advise as if a travel fee will be added
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught artist as well as art school.
