wow, wow, wow, wow, wow! It always pays to get multiple estimates before a job... especially when one of the people is a 2nd-generation plumbing contractor like Christopher. He came over, assessed the situation, and fixed a very tough drain replacement problem. the old drain was corroded and rusty and would not come loose. We had been trying wd-40 and unscrewing it ourselves for 2 days.
He had to go under the mobile home and cut out the old plumbing. And then he conceptualized a solution and went to Home Depot and put in new piping.
This is after the first estimate was from a person who was going to cut out my kitchen wall. The second estimate was from a person who was going to go under there... but all he did was talk.
Christopher estimated and delivered in THE SAME DAY.
