All I can say is "WOW"! Technician Jamie was exceptional. We were able to schedule an appointment the same day he responded to my Thumbtack inquiry. He arrived promptly. I explained the issues I had with my PC and in no time he identified the problem and proceeded to address the issue. As he worked, he noticed that the hard drive connector prong was not compatible with my other PC's slot connection, so he had to leave to get a connector that fit. He wasn't gone long. The job was more than we both anticipated but he got the job done to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and attitude. He was very cordial and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. From now on he will be taking care of my computer and I will gladly recommend ATC Solutions Group (Jamie) to anyone in need of IT services. Money well spent. KUDOS Jaimie!!!
