On June 8, 2025, Mr. Michel Platini Da Silva Xavier of MX Studio arrived to my property address & quoted an estimate for $6,650 for the material & installation of PVC white fencing to include the submission of a permit application. A contract was drafted & signed on June 11, 2025. I paid the first payment of $800 via Zelle with no hesitation.
Needless to say, after following up on four different occasions on July 14th, July 28th, August 7th, & August 11th, the permit application was never submitted to even start the process. I terminated all services on September 8th & requested a full refund of the $800 along with the return of my permit application on the same day. He advised that he would on September 13th but he failed to do so. He was informed that he would be reported if the full refund was not provided by September 17th. On that day, he only refunded $300 with a sad story. As of today, he has an outstanding balance of $500 that he refuses to refund.
As a result, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Please DO NOT use his services because there’s no service that he can provide. He will be REPORTED!!!!
