We are a licensed and insured General Contracting company that provides for our customers a turn key operation. We separate ourselves from all the others by fabricating our own cabinets, countertops and closets using only Domestic and European products, absolutely no "CHINESE" products. For all the other phases of the remodel, we use only vetted , licensed and insured subcontractors that have been working with us for more than 10 years. We do not bid out the work. We use the same proven subs for all of our jobs. This allow us to give out warranties for all phases of the project for labor and product. We also provide all expediter services for permitting and pass all permits ourselves. Our desire is to alleviate the customer from all the fraudulent and irresponsible contractors that Florida is famous for and provide "Peace of Mind" along with quality products, service and good prices.

I am very happy to recommend A-Rose for any type of home remodeling work. I contracted them to remodel my condo a year ago. The owner Roy, was very knowledgeable in the entire process and helped me with many decisions along the way. His workers and subs were all top notch as well. The prices were reasonable as well. Give Roy and A-Rose a shot, you wont regret it.

We decided to go with A Rose Contractors because they did an outstanding job for our neighbors. We saw the quality of the work and we were impressed.The price was right for the quality of work they provided us with. Their workmanship was second to none. They exceeded our expectations.We had them remove the popcorn ceiling, put new flooring on top of our existing tiles, replace our kitchen cabinets, and install a Quartz countertop and backsplash.Everything came out beautifully.We were impressed by the four teams that were working on our project. Each team was very professional, on-time, friendly and very clean.What impressed us most, was the very short time period they got the job done.We handed the keys over on October 10th. The kitchen and the popcorn removal crew came in at the same time.Our old kitchen cabinet were dismantled while I was still there. The popcorn removal crew was done on October 13th. Roy sent in the flooring crew the following morning. They finished their part of the job around lunch time on October 16th.The following day Roy sent in his team, and they finished the installation of the cabinets by October 19th.On October 21st the countertop team came in, to take the measurements.On October 24th the countertop was installed and the measurements for the back splash were taken. The following day they came back to install the back splash.The entire transformation only took 15 days.Each team was super professional, and therefore we can only highly recommend A Rose Contractor for any remodeling job you might have.We will surely reach out to Roy early next year to have our master bathroom redone.Axel Wojnar

I have to say A-Rose contracting exceeded my expectations with my remodeling project. My entire condo looks brand new with custom made cabinets and beautiful porcelain tile floor throughout.
