- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept both, cash and Zelle. The price is provided via message by one of our community managers. We offer different types of services, between this one’s there is a recurrent service of a maintenance service, that includes everything your house needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When agreed in the type of service, we provide the options to book the service, one decided, we ask for the address to confirm the booking. The day of the service our experienced crew will be there, and the manager will be in touch for any specific need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees have experience and went through a company training to ensure work quality.
