- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved in property clean-outs and junk removal since my days as a college student at Rutgers University in New Jersey. I shortly after began what would become a 6 year career as a loan officer for Vanguard Funding. I continued to complete clean-outs for realtors, friends, and family over those years and found a passion for the industry. I have orchestrated several successful property clean-outs and decided it was time to incorporate a business. So I did just that. I used my combined professional experience and problem solving skills I developed as working in the banking industry and have applied it to a different industry in order to achieve a growing client base.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clear out foreclosed properties. Assist in the downsizing of a home (i.e. 4 bedroom house down to a 1 bedroom condo). Vacation Rental clean-outs. Construction debris removal. Estate clean-outs. Sheds. Storage Units. Commercial retail store fixture and overflow removal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choose a licensed and insured company to complete the work for you. While you may save a few dollars by hiring illegitimate outfits, the results are often disappointing and can be even more costly to you. Remember good service isn't cheap, and cheap service isn't good, thankfully we offer Great Service at Affordable prices!
