An unforgettable private dining experience with Chef Ben at LuNo Culinary

From start to finish, this was one of those rare culinary experiences that leaves a lasting impression. Chef Ben didn’t just cook a meal, he curated an evening that felt personal, creative, and deeply satisfying.

Every dish had its own story. The blini with caviar and gold leaf set the tone, elegant, precise, and bursting with balanced flavors. The cauliflower soup with bacon and herb oil was pure comfort, silky and full of depth. Then came the beet and cucumber salad, colorful, refreshing, and plated like art.

The seared scallops were a highlight, perfectly caramelized and paired with a tomato-based sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The fish with carrot purée showed off Ben’s finesse with texture and flavor, while the short rib in dark mole with crispy potatoes was rich, complex, and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Desserts closed the night on a high note, with a bright raspberry sorbet and a stunning pavlova with passionfruit and kiwi that was light, tart, and perfectly executed. Even the house focaccia was incredible, crisp on the outside, soft inside, and fragrant with herbs.

Beyond the food, what really stood out was Chef Ben himself — passionate, thoughtful, and clearly in love with his craft. You can feel it in the way he explains each course and in the care he puts into every plate.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! He made my friend’s bachelorette party even better. Every meal that he made was incredible. His work ethic was professional and precise. Every person who ate his food at the party enjoyed each and every bite. Every dish was delicious but my favorite were the taquitos he made. I have great videos of his food and the 1 picture I have is one of my favorites out of all the food that he made. I would hire this chef over and over again. He will not disappoint.

Amazing experience with Chef Ben! Prepared for us a European Culinary Experience for 40 guests! The wedding was in a remote location in Homestead. Ben and his staff was punctual and even helped with last minute set ups. When I first contacted him he responded quickly and was very accommodating and responsive to all requests and serving a different kind of dinner. He prepared a 7 course meal for all guests which were served thought a 3+ hour timeframe, this allowed guests to taste and enjoy each of the plates. The menu included a variety of dishes from all over the world! It was incredible. To end he pleased me with the most incredible brioche bread pudding with caramel sauce…. Still savoring it all. Thank you Ben! You are definitely a champion at what you do.

I can not express how happy we are with Chef Ben! Everything went incredible smoothly starting from his responsiveness, his attention towards creating the menu that we would like, his professionalism! The food was absolutely delicious, by far the best dinner we ever had. We were actually so focused on eating the delicious food we forgot to take pictures after the charcuterie board. Thank you Chef Ben for making our birthday celebration dinner so special! We will definitely call you for our next event!

Ben is a really professional, personable , and outstanding chef. Leading up to my dinner for two, Ben answered all my questions and made creating a menu easy. He’s honest and hardworking, our food was SPECTACULAR. Everything was better than I imagined it. And that’s the hallmark of a awesome planed event. He is incredibly speedy, organized and clean and not rude or stuffy. Some of my pictures are from half eaten plates because some courses I didn’t want to take pause to take photo. He also didn’t cut corners, and left us tons of left overs that I am still enjoying. He also elevated my bland decor style for the evening by having lots of options for really almost anything you want so... not to mention he cooked a 2 pound steak perfectly. So, definitely stop scrolling and just hire Ben.
