I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I really wanted to for this company. I’m a grandmother with a busy household, and when my AC went out, I knew I needed help quick. From the very first phone call, Jocelyn in the call center was so kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions, explained things in a way I could understand, and really made me feel taken care of. Austin also followed up with me and made sure everything was on track, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Not long after getting the new AC unit, I decided it was finally time to replace my old roof with tile. I thought it was going to be a stressful process, but honestly, it couldn’t have gone smoother. The installers were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The roof looks beautiful, and the new AC has made such a difference in keeping my home cool for me and my grandkids.

Hercs heros installed 10 windows and 2 sliders with ESW hurricane impact windows. From start to finish I have been very happy with the results.
The crew doing the work has shown up on time, covered everything, cleaned up at end of the day and have been 100% professionals.

I cannot say enough good things about Herc’s Heroes! I recently had my old shingle roof replaced and also had three sliding glass doors upgraded to impact doors. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.
The team was professional, hardworking, and respectful of my home. They showed up on time every day, explained what they were doing, and kept everything neat and tidy throughout the process. The new roof looks beautiful, and I feel so much safer with the impact doors in place—plus they slide so smoothly compared to my old ones!

No More Leaks, Thanks to Herc's Heroes!"
I’m in my late 50s and have lived in this house for over two decades. For the past few years, every time it rained, I was dragging out buckets like it was part of my routine. The leaks were getting worse, and honestly, I should’ve dealt with it sooner.
