Hi! My name is Carlin Hayes and I am 200 YTT certified yoga instructor. I host private classes, pop up events, and specialize in bachelorette groups or corporate groups! My events are typically interactive and social! A few of the past yoga events I have hosted include are yoga with sound healing, yoga and candle making, yoga and flower making with my flower truck ( The Local Bloom) and vino and vinyasa. I love teaching yoga and meeting new people! My goal is to connect community, socialization and health and wellness. I’m all about having fun with no judgment! All levels are welcome and encouraged:) Although I can teach any style yoga and cater to the individual client. I specialize in mindful mobility great for athletes or beginners to increase their flexibility and to strengthen the body and mind!

Carlin was great! Our yoga was relaxing and fun--just what we were looking for. She taught us some amazing stretches that none of us had done (even people who have done tons of yoga). We loved the cooling lemongrass towels at the end!
