- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Vadiya keeps pricing straightforward and transparent so there are no surprises. Our standard rates are hourly and depend on the day of the week—for example, weekday moves are lower than weekend or holiday moves because of higher demand. The quote you receive includes the truck, equipment, and protective materials, with no hidden fuel or mileage fees for local jobs. Optional add-ons, such as full packing service, specialty item handling, are clearly listed before you book. We also offer a few automatic discounts, like 10 % off for seniors and 10 % off when you schedule a move on your birthday. Everything is confirmed in writing before the move, so you know exactly what you’ll pay and what services are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We build the largest and most successful business with a new customer. When a new customer contacts Vadiya, we start with a brief consultation by phone, email, or our online form to gather key details such as addresses, moving date, size of the job, and any special requirements. Based on that information, we provide a clear, written estimate and explain options like packing services, storage, or extra insurance. Once the customer approves, we confirm the schedule, assign the right crew and truck size, and send a checklist to help them prepare. On moving day, our team arrives on time, protects floors and furniture, carefully loads and transports belongings, and sets everything in the requested rooms. Before we leave, we review the completed move with the customer to ensure everything is placed correctly and the final invoice matches the agreed quote, keeping the process transparent and stress-free from start to finish.

Our team’s background blends hands-on moving expertise with professional training to keep every job efficient and safe. Crew leads have years of experience in residential and commercial moves and undergo regular instruction on proper lifting techniques, packing methods, and furniture protection to prevent damage. Drivers maintain up-to-date commercial vehicle and safety certifications. Management has completed small-business operations and customer-service training, which helps with clear communication, accurate estimates, and smooth scheduling. Together, this mix of practical experience and ongoing training ensures Vadiya can handle everything from delicate antiques to heavy office equipment with confidence and care.
