- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. I always include both materials and labor in the final estimate, with no hidden fees. For projects under $1,500, I don’t require any upfront payment — the total is due upon completion. However, for projects over $1,500, I request 50% upfront and the remaining balance upon completion. I offer discounts on larger projects or when combining multiple services. I also provide inspections with no obligation and tailor solutions to the customer’s needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand the issue and schedule an inspection. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain the work to be done. Once approved, we set a start date. I don’t require any upfront payment. After the job is completed, I review everything with the customer and only collect payment once they’re fully satisfied. My priority is to provide honest, efficient, and high-quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ongoing training for more than 5 years on safety and leak control on different types of roofs.
