Ivan met me at my place on time. His quality of work is good. My problem is that he doesn’t stick with his own standard for charging. His info on this app says he charges $55/hr, but when he gets to my apartment, he gives me a standard price instead of charging by the hour. It took him 7 1/2 hours to do the projects, which would have equaled to $412.50, instead, he charges me a $600 flat rate. Not acceptable and for the future he needs to agree to the terms in his bio on this app, that’s what customers are hiring based off of.
