Our pricing is straightforward and affordable, with no hidden fees. Most troubleshooting jobs are resolved within 2–45 minutes, which keeps costs low for our customers. We also offer discounts for repeat customers, students, and small businesses that need regular support. Before starting any work, we always explain the cost upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking about the issue and symptoms in detail. Next, we run a quick diagnostic to find the root cause. Once we know the problem, we explain the solution, share the expected turnaround time (usually 2–45 minutes), and get approval before starting. After the repair, we confirm everything is working and answer any questions.
