The Mr. Rooter technician was absolutely incredible. They were very kind and patient. Eric really took the time to help us find the best solution to our problem. He allowed us to watch the process so we can manage future problems, if they arise. Very happy with the physical service and customer service they provided. Will definitely be using Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs!

Thank you Eric and the team at Mr Rooter. We had a horrible experience dealing with another plumbing company and Eric came out he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. He went above and beyond to take care of our problem and got it done in a very timely manner at only a fraction of the cost the other company was trying to charge. I will def use these guys again. Job well done. Perhaps I am not up to date on pricing but I found a $1700 price tag expensive for replacement of in sink disposal and outside water shut off replacement unit/ installations.
