- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Recurring cleaning service includes: - Initial cleaning (just once, more thorough cleaning to bring your home up to a level where it can be maintained during the recurring cleaning appointments). - after that standart ( maintenance) cleaning. We typically provide a price range for initial cleanings because the first cleaning can be unpredictable. The price depends on the condition and the time required, as some types of dirt may require more effort to remove than others.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
This will help us provide you with the most accurate estimate. - What is the square footage of your house? - How many bedrooms and bathrooms would you like us to clean? - Does the bathrooms have any signs of mold? - Are all bedrooms and bathrooms in use? - Do you have any pets? - How many people live in the house? - On a scale of 1 (dirty) to 10 (clean), how would you rate the current condition of your house? - When would you prefer to schedule an initial cleaning? - ****************************************** Please let us know if you'd like to include any extra services: - Cleaning inside the fridge - Inside the oven - Inside cabinets - Interior windows cleaning (the glass) - Patio doors/windows cleaning (inside and outside) - Wet wiping blinds - Wet wiping baseboards - Laundry service - Load and run dishwasher (and/or empty dishwasher) - Change sheets on the beds (and how many beds?) - Wet wiping blinds (usually, dusting blinds are included, but wet wiping is an extra service - how many blinds need wiping down?)
